Cabinet & Hinges
5 Years
Faulty materials, workmanship and defects on the cabinet shell and hinges, from the date of purchase.
Lock Mechanism
1 Year
The lock is a purchased component, covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Dismantling it voids cover.
Installation
Indoor
Cover applies to internally installed cabinets. The WHS cabinet (T500) is rated for indoor and outdoor use.

Warranty Registration
Registering only takes a minute, and it means we can find your purchase straight away if you ever need to make a claim.

Warranty Claim Request
If you believe your cabinet has a manufacturing or material defect, tell us what’s happened. Our Warranty Manager will be in touch to work out the next steps.
What happens after you lodge a claim
Four steps, and we handle the freight. Please don’t send a cabinet back to us before you have an RMA number — we can’t accept it or cover the cost.

We review it
Our Warranty Manager checks the claim against the warranty terms and may ask for a photo of the fault.

We assess the fault
Together we work out the nature of the fault, its likely cause, and whether a repair or replacement is the right fix.

You get an RMA number
Once approved, we issue an RMA number in writing. If it’s declined, we’ll tell you why.
04
We arrange the freight
Telkee books the freight and bears the cost. Mark the RMA number clearly on the carton.
