Delivery & Return

Once payment has been received you will be notified by email during office hours regarding your item’s estimated day of despatch and an approximate delivery time frame.

All orders are sent by Courier or Australia Post. If we are unfortunately out of stock of the product you have ordered, we will notify you immediately and advise when new stock will arrive or alternatively we can issue an immediate refund through PayPal.

Most orders will be sent within 1 – 3 days of receiving an order, depending on the specifics of the order and stock availability at the time. (Please note, bulk order discounts will only apply if delivery is to 1 or 2 different locations). Multiple locations will need be quoted separately.
